The apartment is on the second floor and commands fabulous views of the town centre and surrounding mountains.
Situated on the Route de la Combe à Zore, the Combe Humbert was a hotel which was favoured location for holiday makers wishing to enjoy their stay in Morzine. It was refurbished into a delightful small residence of just 3 apartments. The town centre is a couple of minutes’ walk with all the bars, restaurants and mountain lifts.
The apartment is very spacious at 90m², has a large south facing terrace and a secure garage.
The salient points are: open plan living area, fitted kitchen
-Large bedroom with a double bed and ensuite shower room, and an extra fold-out sofa bed for 1 person
- bedroom 2 : for 3 or 4 people (1 double bed - 1 single bed - and an extra fold-out sofa bed for 1 person)

- bedroom 2 and 3 have an interconnecting shower room. Both bedrooms have their own WC.
