Very cosy apartment at the bottom of the slopes and near the village center with clear view on Morzine and its mountains. It is possible to leave the residence and directly ski down to the Pleney telecabin.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people, it is composed of:

- a nice living area with a sofa bed, TV, and access onto a balcony with stunning view on the village and Avoriaz
- a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a chest of drawers
- a bathroom
- separate WC
